YOGA FOR DANCERS: Ages 10-18
(January 6th – February 24th)
This class is designed to help dancers become stronger, more flexible and have more control of their movements. Yoga for Dancers will give students the opportunity to work on their strength and flexibility in a controlled and deliberate manner all under the facilitation of a certified 200+ hour Yoga instructor (RYT-200).
TOT & ME: Ages 18 months – 3 years
(January 9th – March 6th)
Bond with your little one and build relationships with other caregivers in this creative, explorative dance class. Tots will explore creative dance concepts learning body awareness, recognition of shapes, counting, numbers, colours, music and emotions.
LITTLE TOTS HIP HOP: Ages 3-5
(January 9th – March 6th)
Little Tots live it up in dance class while exploring the original elements of Hip Hop, developing foundational grooves, imperative body shapes, awareness of beats and counts, classroom etiquette, personal independence, self-confidence and so much more!
LITTLE TOTS BALLET: Ages 3-5
(January 9th – March 6th)
Little Tots indulge in the enchanting practice of Ballet while developing foundational technique, acute body awareness, imagery in movement, classroom etiquette, personal independence, self-confidence and so much more!
LITTLE TOTS ACRO: Ages 3-5
(January 9th – March 6th)
Little Tots develop gross and fine-motor skills and control. They learn introductory Acro body shapes and tricks while developing kinaesthetic awareness. At the same time, children will learn how to be in a class and develop their focus, listening and co-operative skills.
