Wednesday February 24th, 2021 is Pink Shirt Day!
We encourage our students to wear a pink shirt to all of their classes for the week of Tuesday February 23rd – Saturday February 27th to show their commitment to end bullying!
With your support, through our exclusive LTD Pink Shirt Campaign, we raised $234.78 which we donated to the to the CKNW Kids’ Fund to support anti-bullying organizations!
We look forward to dancing for a cause with you this week!

Candy Grams!
You can surprise your dancers and have your dancers surprise their friends by ordering these candy grams for them! This activity will take the place of our usual pajama party.
We will be handing out the candy grams the week of February 6th – February 13th in your students’ classes.
Share the love and purchase a candy gram for as many people as you wish! All orders are customizable if you’d like to include a sweet message for the recipient.

In order to maintain safety measures surrounding Covid-19, we will be packaging the Candy Grams several days before we hand them out. They will be wrapped in goodie bags and we will hand them out in a responsible way.
Our dancers and instructors kicked off 2021 and our first week back at classes with a super fun Spirit Week! There was so much enthusiasm and creativity to warm up our studio!

YOGA FOR DANCERS: Ages 10-18
(January 6th – February 24th)
This class is designed to help dancers become stronger, more flexible and have more control of their movements. Yoga for Dancers will give students the opportunity to work on their strength and flexibility in a controlled and deliberate manner all under the facilitation of a certified 200+ hour Yoga instructor (RYT-200).
TOT & ME: Ages 18 months – 3 years
(January 9th – March 6th)
Bond with your little one and build relationships with other caregivers in this creative, explorative dance class. Tots will explore creative dance concepts learning body awareness, recognition of shapes, counting, numbers, colours, music and emotions.
LITTLE TOTS HIP HOP: Ages 3-5
(January 9th – March 6th)
Little Tots live it up in dance class while exploring the original elements of Hip Hop, developing foundational grooves, imperative body shapes, awareness of beats and counts, classroom etiquette, personal independence, self-confidence and so much more!
LITTLE TOTS BALLET: Ages 3-5
(January 9th – March 6th)
Little Tots indulge in the enchanting practice of Ballet while developing foundational technique, acute body awareness, imagery in movement, classroom etiquette, personal independence, self-confidence and so much more!
LITTLE TOTS ACRO: Ages 3-5
(January 9th – March 6th)
Little Tots develop gross and fine-motor skills and control. They learn introductory Acro body shapes and tricks while developing kinaesthetic awareness. At the same time, children will learn how to be in a class and develop their focus, listening and co-operative skills.
